Yoga courses tailored for different body abled persons
Beginner yoga classes: designed for people new to yoga or those who want to brush up on the basics
Intermediate yoga classes: are typically designed for students who have a basic understanding of yoga postures and breathing techniques and are looking to take their practice to the next level. These classes may include more challenging postures and sequences and may be taught at a faster pace than beginner classes. Intermediate classes may also include more advanced breathing techniques, such as pranayama, and may incorporate more meditation and relaxation practices.
Wellness Yoga ( for the elderly ): There are yoga classes specifically designed for individuals with different abilities, such as those with physical disabilities or chronic conditions. These classes may be referred to as “adaptive yoga” or “inclusive yoga,” and is taught by teachers have training and experience working with people with different abilities. The modifications and adjustments made in these classes can make yoga accessible to individuals who may not be able to participate in traditional yoga classes.
